Due to the majority of our products being unique, one of a kind artwork we do not offer refunds. We encourage you to choose carefully when purchasing as a gift. In some cases we can offer an exchange or credit, however this is treated as case by case and you must contact the gallery within 24 hours of purchasing your artwork.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us no more than 24 hours after receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as discounted or sale items or simple change of mind situations where there is only one piece of the art you have chosen. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges will be the first consideration on any returns, unless the item is damaged. Returns must be accepted before an exchange can be made. If accepted we will deduct the value of your purchase off the new item. A credit will be made if your purchase does not exceed the value of the new item.
