From The Back Of The Shed was selected as a finalist from 3,500 entries worldwide, providing international recognition of the image’s quality, technique and artistry. This achievement places it among the top 150 entries for 2026.

This piece was inspired by Graeme's father's old tools, which still hold cherished memories and emotions. His goal was to transform these everyday objects into a beautiful still life that resonates with viewers on an emotional level. Many men and women have shared their own connections, recalling similar well used oil cans and tools that belonged to their fathers - remarking on the memories they hold.
